| The software and graphics at Betfair are quite poor. The action buttons are placed to the right of the table, which is confusing if you are used to seeing the buttons at the bottom of the table like at the majority of poker rooms. In addition, if you intend to multi-table you have to decide to do so as the program loads up, where you choose between a multi-table software option and a single-table option. The table layout and design is very bland, but the actions at the table are displayed clearly at all times. In addition, the software allows for multi-currency play where you can choose to play at tables played in Euros, Pounds or Dollars. |

Betfair offers all the usual variations of the poker games, but suffers from a lack of traffic to keep all of the tables and games busy.
Customer support The customer support at Betfair is very prompt and all questions are addressed within a small space of time. In addition, the answers received are clear and are directly to the point. There is a phone service and email service available to all customers at all times of the day. |

| Betfair has a significantly lower player volume than the industry standard. It is easy to be able to find a table at the no limit Texas Holdem tables, but the room struggles when it comes to finding traffic for the other games on offer. In addition, most of the action is centred around the most popular limits which makes it difficult to find any active tables for example at the higher limits. The lack of traffic is mainly due to the very small amount of advertising for the poker room mixed with the fact that the room is not part of a larger network sharing its players. |
