Paradise Poker used to be on of the largest poker rooms in the industry a few years ago, but since then it has lost a lot of its traffic due to the room closing its doors to US players, forcing them to play elsewhere. However, despite the much lower player volumes of today, the room is still very reliable and is great fun to play at.
Paradise poker has little in the way of unique special features, but since the room’s migration to the Boss media network it has received a much-needed face-lift. The room has managed to maintain is unique relaxing approach to the game of poker through the switch to Boss media, and so you can still find yourself playing on a sandy beach against your opponents every time you log on. |

Every Sunday, Paradise poker runs a $100,000 tournament at 7.00PM GMT, which has become very popular with its players. The buy in is $100+$9 but it is possible to satellite into the tournament through some of the many and varying satellites that run throughout the week. The room also offers a generous $100 bonus if you deposit $5 or more into your account upon sign-up. The bonus is then released from the bonus account into your real money account at $5 increments for every 100 FPPs (Frequent Player Points) you earn. |

Since the switch over from being a standalone room to the Boss media network, Paradise has improved its software to help it compete with the bigger names in the industry. However, the room has still maintained the relaxed playing atmosphere that it is renowned for and you will still be on a golden sandy beach each time you sit down at the table. The software as a whole is very clean and runs very smoothly once loaded. There are very few if any problems with the software whilst loading and running. |

Paradise offers the usual variety of games of Texas Holdem, Omaha and Stud. It is possible to find a greater proportion of players seated at the Stud and Omaha tables than you would find at most other rooms.
Customer support Paradise has always offered a high level of customer support, and it has maintained this over the switch of networks. There has been good support for players that have been confused and unsure about what was taking place when the software changed, but the customer support has been there to promptly answer any queries that players had. The room offers email and a live-chat support feature |
